For syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

For ice block

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 250 gr strawberries
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  • In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Blend all ingredients and fill ice-block moulds
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours
