warm milk
+ little more to brush on rolls

sourdough starter

Istruzioni
In a large bowl melt the sourdough starter in the warm milk and add sugar.
Add flour and salt and start kneading, until it turns into a soft dough.
Add butter a piece at time continuing kneading.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until it double.
Then punch the dough to remove all the air and cut it into twelve pieces of 70gr each.
Make 12 little ball and place them in a greased tray at one centimeter distance one from each other.
Let it rise until the balls are close to the border of the tray.
Preheat oven at 180° and bake for 20 minutes.
Once the pav is out of the oven, brush with melted butter and cover with a wet cloth.
Note
You can realize this recipe with 4 grams dry yeast, using the same procedure, but the rise time is very reduced
